TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Kindly take some time to read the terms and conditions in full to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. By purchasing from MonBebe, you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to all the terms & conditions listed.
MonBebe reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

GENERAL (PRE-ORDER) 

1) Simply add item to your shopping cart. Do ensure that the correct size/ color are selected as no changes will be allowed upon check out so that we can process all orders efficiently. MonBebe will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable for any wrong orders made due to human errors.
2) Kindly ensure all information submitted during check out are correct and full address is stated to avoid any delays during shipping.
3) Orders will be processed after payment verification. Orders will typically take 14-21 working days excluding weekends & public holidays to arrive. Do join only if you're comfortable with the waiting time.
4) Items are available on first come first serve basis. In the event, item is out of stock, store credits will be issued for your next purchase. 
5) In the event, some of your orders were delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. to avoid any waiting, your order may be sent separately.
For out of stock items, refunds are made strictly via store credits only. Do check your email inbox for any email notification. In the event that you do not receive any notification from us, kindly contact us shopmonbebe@gmail.com and we will reply soonest. 

6) Store voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Only ONE code can be used per order. 

7) Your parcel will be mailed out only when all the preorder items arrive. If you would like us to mail out some items first, additional postage fee is needed. Kindly contact us via email sgmonbebe@gmail.com if you wish to do so.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following reasons:

- Product(s) received are different from what is stated on the invoice

To qualify for a return/exchange, please ensure that:

1) the item is unworn/unwashed
2) the item is in a brand new condition

Take note that the below will not be considered as defects and not eligible for any exchange / refund :

    • Dislike or change of mind after purchase
    • Measurements may vary 0.7 to 1 inch due to mass manufacturing processes 
    • Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor, minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on etc
    • Cutting does not suit you
    • Scratches made during manufacturing
    • Glue Stain
    • Color runs
    • For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
    • Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

      We do make sure to do a through inspection on the pieces before they are sent out. MonBebe will not be responsible for the damage caused by delivery rough handling and no exchange/refund will be made.

      DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

      We sincerely apologise for any defective/ incorrect item received.

      Kindly email us at sgmonbebe@gmail.com within 5 working days with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect, along with your order number for verification purposes. Please wait for further instructions.

        PRODUCT INFORMATION

        All items sold on MonBebe are brand new unless otherwise stated.

        All prices stated on www.shopmonbebe.com are in Singapore Dollars ( SGD ).

        Images seen on MonBebe, are displayed as accurately as possible. The actual colours you see are dependent on your computer’s resolution. Hence we are unable to guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be the exact shade as the colours of our product.

        UNCLAIMED PARCEL

        In the event that your parcel is returned to us, for any reason, MonBebe will contact you personally.

        MonBebe retains the right to keep any returned mail that remains unclaimed after 3 months, and we will not be further liable for it.
