But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We only accept exchanges and returns for items that are defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original mode of payment.


EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items only.

If something isn’t as it should be, simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email us at hello@shopmonbebe.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

To ensure every piece remains in its best condition, items should be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact

We’ll guide you through the process every step of the way, keeping it as simple and seamless as possible.


RETURN

Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items; we’re unable to accommodate returns based on preference or change of mind.

We take great care in checking every piece before it reaches you. In the rare event something isn’t as it should be, we’ll take responsibility. Simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted
