Where is my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on the way.

We ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping (S$3.80) for domestic orders within Singapore. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. Express shipping (S$15) for domestic orders within Singapore. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for express delivery. Standard Shipping within Singapore is free for orders above S$99.
International shipping options are available at checkout. International orders can take up to 28 business days or more, depending on your location and customs processing. If 30 days have passed and tracking hasn't updated, check with your local post office and then contact us with your order number. Please note that MonBebe is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs. Your order is shipped from Singapore.
All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered." We recommend shipping to a secure address.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it. If the order has already been fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes.
If I provided an incorrect or incomplete address, am I eligible for a refund?
Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
