Size by height and weight, no chest measurement needed. S fits girls approximately 140–155 cm tall, 30–45 kg. M fits approximately 145–160 cm, 35–55 kg. If she's between sizes, choose the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

Will the bra pad stay in place after washing?

Yes. The pad is fully sewn into the front panel, it is not removable and will not shift or bunch in the wash. Machine washing is safe.
